Great for special occassions. Read reviews and called ahead stating it was an anniversary--they made specialized menus, gave a free amuse-bouche, and set aside a special area. Food was amazing, particularly the steak.

Great food. Attentive and friendly staff. It's pricey, but the food and the atmosphere make it worth the money, especially for special occasions.

Very good food and nice wine list. Definitely a plus for Charlottesville, where good restaurants are few and far between.

Still one of the most consistently nice, well-mannered places in Cville. I had the shrimp and grits appetizer for a meal and it was top-notch.

One of the best places in town. This is now my default for any occasion and for every guest I am hosting here. Great food, exceptional service. Have been there 3 times and am looking forward for the forthcoming visits! Too bad they are closed on Sunday!
